Our CMD 4 is a space and resource-saving option particularly suitable for the transmission of digital and analog audio signals on stage.
The AES/EBU DMX conductor is sheathed with resilient PVC. Its interior design features 4 twisted wire pairs with 0.14 mm² conductor area each (AWG 26) and a spiral shield. In addition, all 4 pairs are covered by one tinned copper braided screen (double shielding = spiral shielding plus braided shielding).
The characteristic impedance is 110 Ohm.
