With DMX systems wired in series (i.e. one after the other), signal reflections often occur at the output of the last device. This effect can massively disturb the DMX signal transmission. To prevent this, Cordial provides 120 ohm terminating resistors, which terminate the signal effectively. They are simply plugged into the DMX output of the last device (e.g. light). Cordial’s CIT terminators are available for 3-pin and 5-pin DMX outputs.
